Our Maid Service includes but is not limited to: high dusting, kitchen, bathrooms, sliding glass doors, laundry room, low dusting, vacuuming of furniture, cleaning and sanitizing of hard surface flooring, vacuuming carpeting and scatter rugs, cleaning of your patio or porch areas, and cleaning your front entry way.
Initial Cleaning
The first time that we clean your home we go above and beyond to get your home on a level of clean that is like no other. Then we are able to maintain that level of clean when you continue our service weekly, biweekly, or every 4 weeks. Extra items that are done on the initial cleaning include but are not limited to: cleaning the bar area including glassware, mirrored walls, and shelving. Pulling out the fridge (if on wheels) and cleaning under it, cleaning the tops of the kitchen cabinets, cleaning inside the refridgerator (if empty), wet wiping and sanitizing of all woodwork including baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, and light switches.
First Of Season Cleanings
Are required for all seasonal clients at the start of each season and include all of the items included in the initial cleaning.
Departure Cleanings
If you have frequent guests arriving and departing from your home then Life Maid Easy's departure cleaning is perfect for you. Our departure cleaning includes all of the items included in a maid service as well as washing of linens and towels to prepare the home for guests arriving or departing.
Summer Cleanings
Seasonal clients no longer have to worry about there home while they are gone for the summer. Life Maid Easy's summer cleaning program is a great way to insure that your home remains clean, fresh, and free of dust and bugs over the summer while you are away. We will notify you of anything that may go wrong while you are not in residence including but not limited to: leaks, problems with your A/C unit, and security of your home.
