Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clean your home. We hope you are pleased with the quality of the service we provided. The scoreboard is an important part of our quality control program. Our cleaners receieve extra credit and recognition for each scoreboard turned in to our office.

Our professional house cleaners are evaluated on a regular basis, but the scoreboard helps in other ways too. Besides letting us know how satisfied you were with your cleaning, it provides us with the opportunity to know if there is anything we can do to improve our service.

The house cleaner with the most scoreboards turned in each month is selected housekeeper of the month. She received a plaque and a gift certificate.
